The "KOUNELAKI" (Little Villa Kouneli) is a 50 sq.m. fully independent space, yet within the garden of the main Villa, available from summer 2025 on. 

It fits another 2-4 guests of your choice making the total capacity from 8 to 10-12. It has its own fully equipped kitchen, living room, and mini garden. The Kounelaki is only rented along with the Villa at an extra charge. Share your luxury holiday with your friends, while keeping your full privacy!
